Out of Hours
When Gillan House is closed there are a number of ways you can receive help.  Please see "Out of Hours" under the heading Further Information to the right of this Home Page.

Appointments
All surgeries are by appointment only. You may make an appointment in person, online or by telephone. There are three incoming telephone lines which are answered in rotation. If the lines are engaged please try again. Our staff try to deal with calls as quickly as possible.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Practice Management

The Practice Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the surgery. Your suggestions are always welcome. We aim to resolve any problems as quickly as possible

Administration

The Practice employs a secretary who deals with the practice correspondence and other administrative matters, such as hospital appointments.

Reception

The Practice also employs four part-time receptionists whose job is very busy - they do their best to attend to you as soon as possible. Please be patient if the surgery is busy.
